Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the safe is secured on its original pallet and in its original packaging; our team will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier for heavy-duty pickup.

• 3.
  Inspection Process

  Once the item arrives at our facility, our technicians will inspect the unit for any signs of use or damage to ensure it meets our restocking criteria.

• 4.
  Refund Issuance

  After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
